Extra special wrapping complete with a blank gift card for you to complete. An upgraded special delivery serivce is also available where something is needed extra urgently.

FREE international delivery is available for all orders of £30 and above. For orders under £30, a charge is made for Royal Air Mail to other countries within Europe and the rest of the world.

Prices are quoted in UK sterling, but you may pay in any currency supported by PayPal.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post.

You have the option to upgrade your delivery to Special Delivery which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. If you require next day delivery you will need to telephone us before 2pm on 01392 462268.
  2. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day by Special Delivery.
  3. The Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday to every part of the country.
  4. A signature is required upon receipt of your delivery.

late or lost deliveries

If your delivery is late arriving, please contact us and we will check the status of your delivery with the Post Office.

In the event of a non-delivery it is our intention to help you avoid any inconvenience. If the item is time critical we can despatch another immediately provided we have credit card details to guarantee payment in the event the original turns up. This way you will not be inconvenienced further as the Royal Mail will not officially classify a parcel lost until at least 15 working days have elapsed.

If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead this can be authorised back onto your card after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and the Royal Mail acknowledges it as lost.
