Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the description and image of a product is accurate, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content of the site is correct.

Images do not necessarily represent the true size and colour of an item and will be affected by the photographic reproduction process, internet software or your computer system.

Many of our items are hand made and not mass produced by machine there will inevitably be slight variations due to the craftsmanship of the products.

contract for sale

Your order is an offer, not a contract of sale. Prices and stock availability are only confirmed when you receive the 'confirmation of delivery' email which we will send sent once your order has been dispatched to the delivery address provided by you.

We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced up incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and us shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range all of which is imported or hand-made, there will occasionally be breaks in supply.

If stock levels are incorrect we will contact you by email.

Nothing said by us will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitute a legal representation upon which you may rely.

Every item of jewellery in our collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards proportionate to the price paid.

Much of our silver is of foreign origin and will not have an English assay mark. It will all bear 925 Silver mark. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.

making a purchase

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us. When you make a purchase you will receive an electronic confirmation. You will receive notification of despatch usually within 1- 3 working days of your order being processed.

pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). In the event of an overseas purchase your credit card company will charge you for the sterling equivalent in your country’s currency at that day’s exchange rate.

payments

Payment can be made by debit/credit card via Pay Pal. You can be assured that the checkout and payment details are held on a secure server and are fully encrypted. Your card details are not saved or made available to us at any time. It is not necessary to have a Pay Pal account. Pay Pal accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, MAESTRO, SOLO, SWITCH, DELTA, VISA ELEKTRON.

In the unlikely event of difficulty with any payment, or if you have any queries concerning the method of payment then please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details from you are incorrect or in the event the transaction is not authorised.

returns

We offer a no-quibble 14 day returns policy.

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 14 days of receipt by email to info@jewelleryisfun.co.uk. We will issue you with a return reference number. Write this number on the outside of the return envelope and return to us at:

We will make a full refund or exchange the item for an alternative of your choice equal to the original value providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your returns number.

Any items returned outside of this time period will be subject to a credit note at our discretion. A refund will not be possible if the item arrives damaged. For reasons of health and safety we cannot accept the return of earrings.

You will be responsible to pay for the return postage in all cases save where items are faulty. You should ensure you obtain proof of posting.

Please be aware that any item marked on our website as a Special Order may not be returned.

Your privacy is important to us, and we do not use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you a personalised service.

Any personal data gathered by us in your use of our site will be recorded and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose your details to any third parties. We will not email you in the future without your prior consent.
